Spring Brook Farm Cheese has been producing award-winning cheese made from high-quality, raw jersey cow milk since 2008. Their origins began with the Farms For City Kids Foundation at Spring Brook Farm in Reading, Vermont.

Their purpose is to build and support a community that embraces the land that sustains us. Our unique microbial environment and the Jersey cows that provide the highest quality milk produces some of the most delicious, award-winning raw milk cheeses in America.

Spring Brook Farm’s goal is to continue producing complex French alpine style cheeses. They strive to fulfill this responsibility with authenticity and transparency, and to support the future of the small scale Vermont dairy.
