Jason Wiebe Dairy is a 3rd generation small family dairy farm in Durham Kansas located in Marion County. They prioritize practices that promote animal welfare, regenerative and sustainable farming.
They make cheese from their own herd of mixed-breed cows that are fed from grasses and grains grown on the farm. As a result, the cheese has a unique flavor reflecting the local terroir.
Their signature cheese is the Cottonwood River Reserve, made with raw milk and aged for a minimum of twelve months. This sweet cheddar-style develops flavors that are full, slightly sweet, has mild citrus notes, and hints of caramel and nuts.
